Everyone from SERVPRO has been very professional and provided us great guidance through the process. I truly believe having your team on the job allowed us to minimize the losses in the facility.
Our upstairs bathroom toilet ran for 5 hours while we were out, into the main floor bathroom. Of course, it was a Friday night when we returned home to find the ceiling bulging with water. By 7:30am on Saturday we had a call back and the SERVPRO team who showed up at 11:30am to start working. It took them until 5pm to remove the plaster ceiling, clean up, and start the fans. For five days the team came back, checked the humidity levels, and finally determined everything was dried out. Upon leaving, they offered their boss' card to call for people to do the repair. They were a super team of technicians. I felt safe having them in the house. They did a great job cleaning up, always calling daily before they arrived to check on the progress. These are the people you need to do the job. Plus, they helped with all the insurance matters.
We had a COVID-19 case in our building and we wanted to do right by making it safe for our customers. We also wanted to be open as quick as possible. I called and within 20 minutes someone was here and the next day had our building sanitized and was open by our 2pm open time. Very quick and friendly. Would highly recommend SERVPRO to anyone.
The bar looks fantastic again. Our last raffle helped us raise money for the repairs and we had SERVPRO on every ticket.
Your technicians cleaned everything up and even made sure they removed the water that got hosed in to put the fire out.
Never knew mold came in a style like that. Too bad pretty doesn't mean healthy. Thanks for removing it and spraying antimicrobial stuff so it won't grow back.

Coming home and seeing fire trucks out front is never a good thing. The neighbor across the street said SERVPRO helped his uncle out a couple years ago and did a great job. He was right and I am glad I called you.
We came home from a weekend of State Fair fun and back to school shopping a recent Sunday evening to find our basement had flooded due to the sump pump having failed. After calling my insurance company Monday morning the adjuster recommended a different local company. I called them and was told a crew would be out yet that day due to standing water still. At 5:00 no one called. I called again and they said a tech would call me. NO CALL
I called SERVPRO of the Twin Ports at 8:30 Tuesday morning and talked to Jake. No not from State Farm ? He said they were really busy but thought a crew could be there by midmorning. I explained to him that the other company didn't come yesterday and that I needed to know a crew was coming cause of the standing water still. Jake said let me call ya right back. Jake called me back and said he had a crew that would be to the house in 25 minutes.
The guys were great. They took care of us like it was their own place. Once the initial extraction happened a tech named Tyler took over monitoring the drying process. He had to come to the house everyday to take readings. He always called in advance, he was professional, asked if I had new concerns everyday, and he was even there during the busy Labor Day weekend for his readings. We also worked with Kevin & Dan on how insurance works and the possible reconstruction process. Although we went with our own contractors they were very professional about it.
Should we ever need this service again I won't make the same mistake and call that other company. We will call SERVPRO of The Twin Ports FIRST!! You should too!!
Awesome crew and wonderful job!! Spilled red black cherry lemonade on the floor and they were able to get all of it up. Our carpets look brand new.
They also came to our office and again, the carpet looks amazing.

(The College of St. Scholastica, Residential Life) had Kevin and his crew from SERVPRO Twin Ports come in to clean our brick stairwells in some of our residence halls. They were efficient, highly communicative, and excellent partners through the whole process. Now, because of the work that they did, the stairwells look like what they did when the buildings were built 25 years ago!

I just wanted to say thank you for all of the great employees of the company that I dealt today. The lady that answered my initial call was great - very kind. Your response was fast, which is exactly what we needed. Even though it was scary situation (for me), Ryan was very calm and reassuring about it. Also, when one of the deceased`s family members came by, he offered condolences. I know a lot of times we only hear complaints about employees, so I thought a positive note would be appreciated.
